Cooking Tips and Suggestions

Tip 1: Panini Machines are expensive right? Hard to clean, time consuming and not very efficient if you have many orders you need to get out during a lunch crowd.

 Place the PAN Grill-its on the flat top. Most are 450F.  let heat for 10-15 minutes. Place warmed meats on one and the bread on the other, place the other items in, then put them together and place a small press on, cover for 2-3 minutes. You can also leave the PAN Grill-its on the flat tops all day and will always be at the desired temperature when busy time approaches.

Tip 2: Have you ever tasted a perfect blend of grilling and steaming at the same time?  

 Try cutting up smaller redskin potatoes in four spears. Dip them in a cup of prepared warm butter with a dash of Rosemary using tongs. Place on the PAN Grill-it™ and cover. Flip as grilling-recover. In less than 15 minutes you will enjoy incredibly tasting, broasted-like potatoes.
